Navigating the Catalog Viewer
If necessary, use the drop-down box to select the Parts & Labor/Catalog to use when searching for Aftermarket Parts.
- The Catalog Supplier drop-down box contains a list of catalogs installed on your system.
To navigate in the Catalog Viewer window:

Select a component system.

Example: Steering and Suspension

Select a component subsystem.
-
Example: Suspension

Select a component.
-
Example: Ball Joint

The Part Item section is populated with part items from the ALLDATA®AZ catalog or when enabled, from the Aftermarket Parts catalog.

This section displays parts information from the ALLDATA parts database or the Aftermarket Parts Catalog of parts.

The size of the column can be adjusted for easier viewing.

The red triangle in the upper-right corner indicates an attached note.

Hover on the Part Description field to view the note data in the Notes field at the bottom of the window.

Use check boxes to select values.

The fields displayed are:

Select check box: Use this box to select items.

Catalog: The company name of the supplier.
-
Example: ALLDATA Parts Database or Aftermarket Parts Catalog.

Part Description: A brief description of the part, including the brand name or manufacturer when available.

Part Number: The part number, as designated by the individual part manufacturer.

Price: The manufacturer's suggested list price of one part used for estimating purposes.

Quantity: The number of parts added to the order.

The Labor Item section is populated with Labor items from ALLDATA related to the Part Items displayed.

This section displays Labor information from the ALLDATA Parts and Labor database.

Hover on the Labor Description field to view the note data in the Notes field at the bottom of the window.
