Customer Follow-up: Settings Tab

The Settings tab displays the existing messages and the settings for queuing and purging messages.

 

To configure Customer Follow-up Messages:

 

To configure Auto Queue Settings:

  • Select or de-select the following queue options to enable or disabled them:
    • Auto queue - ALLDATA® ManageSM Welcome Letters: Can be automatically queued to be sent to a new customer when the Customer record is created.

    • Auto queue - ALLDATA MANAGE Thank You Letters: Can be automatically queued to be sent to a customer when the customer has an invoice posted.

    • Auto queue - ALLDATA MANAGE Service Reminder Letters: Can be automatically queued to be sent to a customer when the customer has an invoice posted.

    • Auto queue - ALLDATA MANAGE Recommendation Letters: Can be automatically queued to be sent to a customer when the customer has a Recommendation created.

  • When you are done with the Customer Follow-up >> Settings tab, click Close.

 

To configure Auto Purge Settings:

  • Select or de-select the following purge options to enable or disabled them:

    • Delete queued message after ___ days: Enter the desired number of days between queuing the message and deleting it.

    • Delete processed message after ___ days: Enter the desired number of days between processing the message and deleting it.

  • Enter the desired number of days between queuing/processing and purging.

  • When you are done with the Customer Follow-up >> Settings tab, click Close.
