Adding Actual Costs and Details to Orders
Keeping track of actual costs and comparing them to what was actually billed helps you manage your shop more efficiently.
After a service is provided, but before the order is cashiered or posted, enter:

A Note in the Work Performed field in all Labor, Sublet and Misc line items.

The actual labor hours in the Flagged Hrs field on all Labor line Items.

The actual cost in the Cost field on all Part, Sublet and Misc line items.
Note: Warning Messages can be enabled in the Company Setup window to display when an invoice is posted without part or labor costs.
