I Can't Log In/ I Forgot My Password
Symptom(s)
After entering the Login ID and Password and clicking Submit, the fields go blank and Login page stays on the screen.
Possible Cause(s)
- The wrong password is being used.
- The account is locked. The wrong Login and Password combination has been used too many times.
Suggested Solution(s)
Wrong Password:
- Use the Reset Password link to change your password.
Locked Account:
- Call the ALLDATA Training Department at 800-684-6840 to release the lock on the account.
