Shop Details
The Shop Details information will be auto-filled with the shop information that ALLDATA has on file. 
Verify your shop information is correct and fill any remaining information as necessary.
Notes:
- The selected Country in Shop Details will determine additional setup options throughout the program, such as:
- State / Province
- Zip / Postal Code
- Single Tax / Multi Tax (PST , HST and GST)
- The information entered here will display at the top of printouts.
Shop Licenses, Certificates & Registration
Up to three Shop Licenses, Certificates and/or Registration numbers can be entered. 
Fill in a Name and License/Certificate Number.
- + Add Line - Add another license line to customize.
- Remove - Delete a license line.
Note: The information entered here will display at the bottom of printouts.
Service Writers
Service writers added here can be selected from a drop-down when creating a document.
Enter the name of Service Writer.
- + Add Service Writer - Add another service writer line to customize.
- Remove - Delete a service writer.
- Default service writer selection ( O button - left).
- Edit service writer names.
Notes:
- Additional service writers can also be added on the fly from the estimate creation screen.
- The service writer selected as default will be assigned automatically to each new estimate.
Technicians
Technicians added here can be selected from a drop-down when creating a document. 
Enter the name of a Technician.
- + Add Technician - Add another technician line to customize.
- Remove - Delete a technician.
- Default technician selection ( O button - left).
- Edit technician names.
Notes:
- Additional technicians can also be added on the fly from the document creation screen.
- The technician selected as default will be assigned automatically to each new document.
