Admin Screen
Access the Admin screen by clicking your name in the top menu and then selecting one of the following:
Shop Profile
Shop Profile includes your company contact information and the total number of Access Points available for each of your ALLDATA products.
- Contact your ALLDATA Account Manager directly, or dial 800-859-3282 (Option 4), to add additional access points
User Management
User Management allows you to:
- Add and remove users
- Edit user profiles
- Set user roles and access to certain products
Access Management
Access Management allows you to:
- View at-a-glance how many access points are currently being used
Remove access from specific users to allow other users to log in
Notes:
- The user will be logged out of the product access point after 30 minutes of inactivity.
- The user will not have to log back in to access the product, but will only regain access if there is an available access point.
- The user will be logged out of the system after 7 days of inactivity.
- The user will have to log back in with their username and password.
- The user will be logged out of the product access point after 30 minutes of inactivity.
