If a customer tries to pay with credit card, and it is declined, what message is given?
The message box will note that the transaction was declined.
If I am integrated with QuickBooks, when a customer makes a payment through Worldpay, does it also reflect in QuickBooks?
Enabling Worldpay payment processing does not affect the information that gets exported to QuickBooks. No additional WorldPay specific records are transferred.

How do payments get from Manage Online to Worldpay?
Payments are made directly from the payment terminal to Worldpay. Manage Online is simply passing the amount to be billed to the terminal and referencing that the payment was made.
How long will it take for my bank account and/or my customer's bank account to show the payment?

If a refund is made in Manage Online, does it also request refund from Worldpay?
Yes - When you initiate the refund of a card transaction in Manage Online, the Worldpay payment terminal will process the refund. However, if the refund is initiated on the same day, then a reversal of the original payment occurs. If the refund is initiated on the next day, then a refund is processed.
What if computer or internet goes down while a payment is being processed, who needs to be contacted?
