Media Codes allow you to track customer reach for Marketing efforts like running email, text messaging, print, broadcast campaigns, etc.
 

 To add Media Codes:

1. Click Setup >> Codes >> Media Codes.

2. Enter a Code and Desc >> click Update. 

   • Code: One to four digits that identify a code within the program. (Example: NEW)
   • Desc: A description of the media code. (Example: Newspaper)

   

3. (Optional) To require a Media Code to be selected prior to completing an invoice, click the Make Media Code mandatory checkbox, then click Update.
