ALLDATA recently won two 2018 PTEN Innovation Awards; one for ALLDATA Collision Advantage in the Computers and Software Category, and one for ALLDATA Diagnostics in the Scan Tools Category.
This year, the publication received a total of 142 product nominations. Top products in 27 categories have been recognized.
According to PTEN’s announcement, the PTEN Innovation Awards recognize the most innovative products introduced in the last year to the automotive aftermarket. The products were evaluated by a panel of judges consisting of technicians and shop owners. The winners were selected for their ability to make vehicle diagnosis and repair easier and more efficient, and to make shops more productive.
“We are very proud to win two PTEN Innovation Awards,” said Satwinder Mangat, President of ALLDATA. “ALLDATA embodies the purpose of the PTEN Awards by tackling these challenges and providing innovative products, such as ALLDATA Collision Advantage and ALLDATA Diagnostics. Innovation is the core of our legacy, and it drives our vision to be the data-driven solutions provider in the industry.”
ALLDATA Collision Advantage combines ALLDATA Collision® with Estimate Integration and works with the three major estimating systems. It also provides access to detailed OEM repair information including OEM Procedures, OEM Alerts, Vital Repairs, and Vehicle-specified Manufacturers’ Positioning Statements.
ALLDATA Diagnostics turns any Android or Windows tablet into a professional-level scan tool. It seamlessly connects to ALLDATA information: codes link directly to relevant OE articles right in the tool – including new Interactive Color Wiring Diagrams. ALLDATA Diagnostics also conducts full-system, exportable pre- and post-scans.
The full list of the 2018 PTEN Innovation Award Winners is included in the August 2018 issues of PTEN and Professional Distributer magazines, and is published here. The awards ceremony will be held at the AAPEX Show in Novembe
