Checking the Security Key Date

To look up the Security Key Date:

  1. Close any programs that are open on the computer.

  2. Open ALLDATA for Windows (DVD)

  3. Click on Data >> Subscription >> Subscription Information.

  4. The pop-up box lists your ID and Key Date at the top.

  5. The Key Date should always show today's date. 

    • If it shows a different date, contact Customer Service at 1-800-859-3282 for a replacement security key.
