Refund Request Timeframe
If you purchased the wrong vehicle or are not satisfied with the product, you can Submit a Refund Request by logging in to your account. The refund request option will be displayed according to the timeframe below:

| 1 Month | Within 3 days of purchase |
| 1 Year | Within 5 days of purchase |
| 3 Years | Within 7 days of purchase |
Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 7-10 business days to post to your account.
Payment Type on File
You are required to have one debit/credit card on file. Although you will not be automatically charged for subscription renewals, keeping the card in your account makes it easier for you to renew your subscription or add additional vehicles.
