Subscription Refund Request
- At the top of this page, go to LOG IN >> Manage My Account >> ALLDATAdiy - New, or visit https://www.alldata.com/diy-us/en/diy/login
- Enter the Username and Password you use to access repair information then click LOG IN.
In the Subscriptions tab locate the vehicle you want to remove and click REFUND under the Actions column.
- Note: If the REFUND option is not displaying for a vehicle, the refund eligibility period for the purchase may have already passed. Please visit the Subscription Rules page to review the ALLDATAdiy refund policy.
On the REFUND SUBSCRIPTION REQUEST screen:
- Select a Reason for Request
- Enter any Additional Comments
- Click Submit Request
The vehicle will be removed, and you will get confirmation on the top of your screen and by email letting you know the request has been sent.
- Depending on your financial institution, this may take 7-10 business days to post to your account.
