However, you can unlock virtually unlimited calls with one simple step: every time one of your case repairs is “Verified” with the Tech-Assist team, a new case is added back to your monthly allotment, providing you with limitless calling power. That includes unlimited calls per case involving one vehicle, a benefit that is above the norm for most hotline services.

Our Master Techs are ASE-certified, and many have over 20+ years of multi-line automotive diagnostic and repair experience. They’ve taught as college-level automotive instructors and many have over 25+ years of owning and running profitable shops. They’re hand-selected for their talents for creating brief, customized diagnostic strategies that quickly get to the root of a problem.
We’ve added call centers in Georgia and Texas to cover all business hours. That means we’re open when you need us: 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday.
